Delivery Times:

Delivery time within the U.S. is usually just 2 to 3 days, however in rare cases it could take 7-9 days.

Delivery time for International orders is about 5 days in most cases, and in rare cases could be up to 3 weeks. Canadian and International orders are subject to search by local customs authorities which can delay delivery by several weeks.

Duties and/or Taxes:

Items and packages exported outside of the US may incur duties and/or taxes. For an exact cost of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We declare the value of your merchandise based on the purchase price. This is the amount that is used to assess duties and/or taxes.

Sales Tax:

Arizona addresses will be charged sales tax at 6.1% ~ at this time purchases are not eligible for tax exempt status.

Shipping Address:

Please make sure the "Ship To" address you enter during checkout is correct as we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. We require a Pay Pal verified shipping address for shipment of your items.

Insurance:

Insurance is recommended at Checkout, but not required. U.S. insurance rates are $1.70 for up to $50 and $0.45 for each additional $100 of merchandise insured; Canadian insurance rates are $2.10 for up to $50 and $0.95 for each additional $100 of merchandise insured and International rates are $2.45 USD for the first $50 of merchandise insured and $0.95 USD for each $100 there after.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We use a 3rd party insurance provider so there are no forms to fill out or insurance agents calling your house if a package is missing. If a package is damaged or lost in the mail, contact us and we will offer either exchange, refund, or replacement, if you have purchased insurance.
